- FREE Festival Parking is available in select garages located near Arapaho Road and the Dallas North Tollway.
- Accessible parking is available at the DART parking lot, located at Quorum Drive and Arapaho Road.
Items ALLOWED
- Personal steins.
- Purses, handbags, diaper bags, and medium backpacks. All bags will be searched, please leave these items at home to avoid delayed entry.
- Strollers, children's wagons, and wheelchairs.
- Personal umbrellas not to exceed 50" in diameter.
- Medically-Necessary Supplies. Must be in prescription packaging with photo ID.
- Empty reusable water bottles.
Items NOT ALLOWED
- NO large bags.
- NO pop-up tents or shade structures of any size.
- NO pets, emotional support or other animals. Service animals are permitted.
- NO outside food or drinks. Food for infants and toddlers is permitted.
- NO illegal substances.
- NO coolers.
- NO bicycles, skates, scooters, or skateboards.
- NO lawn chairs.
- NO laser pointers.
- NO fireworks or explosives.
- NO drones.
All patrons entering Addison Circle Park will go through a strict screening process. You will be asked to get rid of any prohibited items. Addison DOES NOT provide a check station for holding personal items.
Addison no longer sells Tasty Bucks (food coupons/tickets). All food and beverage vendors will accept direct payment, including credit/debit card and Tasty Bucks from previous years (Addison Tasty Bucks never expire).
Guests who leave the event and plan to return on the same day must check out with event staff at a designated exit. When guests return to the park, they can enter through any lane at the Main Entrance with valid credentials. Normal admission screening required.
- NO pets are allowed Thursday through Saturday. Only trained service animals will be permitted. The tasks performed by the service animal must be directly related to the person's disability. Emotional support animals are not permitted.
- Sunday Hund-day: Bring your dog to Addison Oktoberfest on Sunday only. All dogs must be leashed and picked up after.
- All animals must remain on a leash or harness and may not be left unattended. Owner is responsible for proper disposal of all pet waste.
Addison strives to make Addison Circle Park as ADA-Friendly as possible, but not all areas are easily accessible with a wheelchair or stroller. Please be aware that much of the park is natural terrain, with uneven surfaces and the potential for mud. Accessible restrooms are available throughout the park.
- Yes! Attendees of all ages are welcome to enjoy the festivities.

- The Infant Care Lounge, which offers a baby changing and feeding station, is located in the center of the festival grounds.
Addison Oktoberfest coincides with the opening of the 16-day festival in Munich, Germany. The original celebration began on October 10, 1810 to celebrate the royal wedding of Crown Prince Ludwig of Bavaria and Princess Therese of Saxon-Hildeburghausen. In 1880, the festival was scheduled to start in September so the festival could enjoy more pleasant weather.
Attendees shall present tickets at the event to pick up package items. Specific details on pickup location will be provided.

- An official event photographer will be taking photos during the event.
- Patrons attending the event may be pictured in event marketing.
- While cell phones and personal cameras (no external lenses, attachments or tripods) are permitted, attendees may not record music performances.
MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 15th
• Festival Way from Addison Road to Quorum Drive will close at 8 am
• Addison Circle from Addison Road to Witt Place will close at 8 am
Festival Way and Addison Circle are expected to re-open Monday, September 22 by 3 pm
THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 18th
• Addison Circle from Witt Place to Beckert Park will close at 8 am.
• Witt Place from south of the parking garage entrance/exit to Addison Circle will close at 8 am.
• Addison Circle and Witt Place are anticipated to re-open Sunday, September 21, by 10 pm or as soon as vendor load-out is safely completed
• Quorum Drive from Morris Avenue to Arapaho Road will close at 8 am
• Northbound lanes of Quorum Drive from Edwin Lewis Drive to Arapaho Road will close at 8 am.
• McEntire Place from Quorum Drive to Lewis Place will close at 8 am
• Quorum Drive, McEntire Place and the northbound lanes of Quorum Drive from Edwin Lewis Drive to Arapaho Road are expected to re-open Sunday, September 21, by 7 pm or as soon as patrons have safely exited the event site

- During event hours, a lost and found is located at the Information Booth on the north side of the park near Addison Circle.
